Our Story - by Tyler Green
I created the Monster Kidz Box as a kit where you can experience an entire activity in the comfort of your own home. It’s like a workshop delivered right to your door! Each Monster Kidz Box comes with everything you need to recreate some of my favorite monster designs such as Zombies, Creepy Dolls and Ghouls to name a few.
I will also be giving my customers access to a special video tutorial upon the purchase of the kit. In the video I will be teaching you step by step how to use the materials so you can customize your very own monster mask.
Does the Monster Kidz Box offer any educational benefit?
Yes, this is not your typical DIY craft kit by any means. Conceptualizing, painting and finishing these mask designs are steps similar to what we do as creature designers in my industry. This Kit offers a more simplified version of what I do as a creature designer for youngsters who are interested in the field of making monsters and characters. I also feel like completing a project and learning new skills results in more confidence & self expression.
About the creator
Tyler graduated and received a degree from an accredited school for makeup, He was a finalist and semi finalist on 2 seasons of SyFy’s hit reality series, Face Off. He has been teaching SFX makeup at his studio for over 5 years and has worked on many films, commercials and photoshoots. Tyler has experience in manufacturing since 2014 with his own product, the Wonderband Systems Organizer that has been sold in 7 countries and counting around the globe.
